Suggested questions help users start a conversation faster by showing example questions directly inside the chat widget.

When enabled, these questions appear automatically as soon as the chat pop-up opens, guiding users on what they can ask.

How to enable it:

  1. Go to Edit Chatbot

Once enabled, the suggested questions will be displayed inside the chat pop-up when users open the widget.
